Open to NARI Charlotte Members - Contractors and SubContractors
 
  • As usual this will be for contractors only and will be an informative and interactive session
  • Duane Johns from Alair will facilitate the discussion
  • Focus will be on hiring Golden Retriever Puppies vs. finding Purple Unicorns. As an industry we need to come together to train and mentor the next generation of skilled workers  
  • Darren Ash from The ROC will be there to speak about their internship program and how contractors can get involved
  • Whitney Brown from Immeasurably More Consulting will be there to discuss the Next Generation program and regional internship opportunities
  • Q&A and in depth discussion on how contractors can leverage internships to build their future workforce
  • Please try to arrive on time so we have time for Q&A
